the staff seemed friendly and helpful. a VERY quiet street ensured peaceful nights. The underground station was a short walk away, about 100 yards.
the passage to my room felt confusing. i had to carry luggage up stairs to reception. Then, i went down in a lift and along a path. the restaurants close by were AVERAGE.

the location near the subway was fine (if you like that sort of thing), and the rooms were, well, rooms.
i had to haul my luggage up some stairs to reception, then down in a lift, along a confusing path, and then up three more flights in another lift. it seemed like an obstacle course designed by someone who hates suitcases. i think i'll stick to hotels with fewer architectural adventures next time.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

The receptionist was very polite, and online check-in was indeed convenient. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with simple decor. Breakfast had organic options that stood out, a plus, and the breakfast room was very clean. Free parking in front of the building added to the charm.
The passage to our back room was very confusing. We had to carry luggage up stairs to reception, then down in a lift, along a path, then up three flights in a lift.

The room included a spacious layout with simple, pleasant decor. It also had an adequately sized balcony, accessible with ease, and the room temperature was easy to adjust. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, as every surface was well kept.

The hotel provided complimentary sparkling water, always available in the lobby. There was also a functional sauna for relaxation after a long day. A convenient coffee and tea station operated 24/7, always prepared .

The hotel staff prepared a light breakfast for us as we were leaving early. The front desk provided efficient and polite service for all requests. The staff was warm and accommodating.
